Meeting the needs of infants, children, youth, adults, pregnant women and seniors.  Complete physical examination, vaccination, age appropriate testing, prenatal care, referral, education and consultation.  Diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease.  Program provided by Nurse Practitioners and supported by all staff.

Meeting the needs of seniors, all staff will support the care requirements of seniors through a team-based approach to care.  Outreach to isolated seniors in the community will be provided.

Meeting the needs of those with chronic illness or disease (e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, arthritis) through a team-based approach to care.  Links will be made to community based services and programs to further support individuals and families.
