Become a Patient

We are currently working with our local community partners to roster patients from existing waitlists. Priority is given to individuals who do not currently have a primary care provider.

If you do not have a primary care provider, you are encouraged to register with Health Care Connect by calling 811 or visiting:

Health Care Connect maintains a centralized list of individuals seeking primary care in the province of Ontario. When your name reaches the top of the list, you will be contacted and matched with a provider in your community.

While you may indicate a preference for Huronia Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic (HNPLC), placement with our clinic cannot be guaranteed.

Pediatric Care (Ages 18 and Under)

For pediatric needs, patients aged 18 and under are welcome to access The Children and Teens Clinic.

The Children and Teens Clinic operates out of two locations:

• Orillia-Medonte (Horseshoe Valley)

• Orillia

The clinic offers same-day and next-day access and is available to all patients, with or without a primary care provider.
