Become a Patient

While we are not currently accepting new patient registrations, we continue to work with local health system partners to support access to primary care in our community.

If you do not have a primary care provider, you are encouraged to register with Health Care Connect by calling 811 or visiting:

Health Care Connect maintains Ontario's centralized registry for individuals seeking a primary care provider. When a provider becomes available in your community, you may be contacted regarding attachment opportunities.

Pediatric Care (Ages 18 and Under)

For pediatric needs, patients aged 18 and under are welcome to access The Children and Teens Clinic.

The Children and Teens Clinic operates out of two locations:

• Oro-Medonte (Horseshoe Valley)

• Orillia

The clinic offers same-day and next-day access and is available to all patients, with or without a primary care provider.
